Cosmic Drift is an arcade space runner. This policy describes what data we collect, why we use it, and your choices.

Data we collect

• Account & profile — When you sign in (guest, Apple, or Google), we store a Firebase user ID and optional display name, pilot name, high score, star balance, unlocked skins, equipped skin, and premium (Remove Ads) status in Google Firebase (project cosmic-2).
• Gameplay progress — Scores, stars, and skin unlocks sync to your account so progress can continue across devices.
• Purchases — Remove Ads is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We store purchase state (premium flag) and non-sensitive transaction identifiers for restore and support—not your payment card details.
• Advertising — If you have not purchased Remove Ads, we show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per Google’s Privacy Policy. On iOS we may request App Tracking Transparency before personalized ads.
• Diagnostics — Standard app logs on your device during development; no separate analytics SDK beyond Firebase/AdMob as described above.

How we use data

• Run the game, leaderboard, cloud save, and in-app purchases
• Show ads to non-premium users and honor Remove Ads purchases
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with law and prevent abuse

Third-party services

• Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Apple Sign in / Google Sign-In (when you choose those login methods)
• Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases)

Retention & deletion

Account data remains while your Firebase account exists. You may contact us to request deletion of your profile data. Local data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

Children

Cosmic Drift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

• Use guest sign-in without linking Apple/Google
• Purchase Remove Ads to stop ad personalization and ad surfaces in the app
• Manage ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking
• Restore purchases from the in-app Remove Ads screen
